✨ Strategy Session. 60-minute virtual call to review monthly schedule, review past episodes & troubleshoot
✨ Guest Booking + Recording Support. Prepare guests with information about recording, schedule & setup recording session, collect promotional headshots, bio & CTA
✨ Content Editing + Delivery. Edit audio & video content from recordings.
✨ Episode Titles + Descriptions. Create compelling episode titles, descriptions, intros & outros and show notes.
✨ Episode Graphic. Image with updated Podcast Title + number.
✨ Upload + Distribution. Podcast publishing on your platforms. Including: YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Substack
Investment: ranges from $750/mo. for a single episode up to 30-minutes, and up to $4,000/mo for 4 episodes up to 60 minutes. All with a 4 month commitment (up to 12 months per contract).

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
I’m Leslie Eades - Founder of Social + Sage and The Nomadic Homebody & Co-Founder of LMNTL … I’m a Life Coach turned Podcast Producer.
With over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur – running an event production company to a coaching business, hosting retreats, teaching yoga, filmmaking, you name it – I know what it’s like to do allllll the things for your business + the things your business does (feel me?)
I’ve been hot and cold with social media for years and while that relationship will be ever-evolving, one way of connecting with people I’ve always loved is the art of conversation on podcasts.
Whether it’s a solo episode or with guest appearances, podcasts provide a platform through video and/or audio that allows you to express yourself, and connect & build trust with your people in a truly authentic way. But you don’t have to do it alone.
I know strategy, systems, support, and all the techy stuff so you can just do what you do best.
Where you won’t find this biz: social media.
Instead, I’ll be offline connecting IRL, working alongside all you amazing biz owners, editing & launching podcasts, and most likely … I’ll either be out in the forest or living in my campervan, Luna. I’m also passionate about helping other business owners see how they can create maximum impact off social media (even if you utilize it some of the time).
